Jeremy Gray – Owner and Principal Dentist

I graduated as BDS in 1996 at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. I worked for a short time at a Specialist Dental Hospital specializing in Oral Surgery. After that I worked at a large group practice focusing on gaining general dental experience and skills. I was mentored there by a fantastic team and improved my skill set and it was this great experience that allowed me to buy my first practice in 2001. I ran this successful general practice in the UK for over 10 years before selling it to complete our family dream of moving to Australia. Since moving to Perth, I have worked in a number of local practices again gaining valuable expertise and forging a solid basis from which to move into Dalkeith Dental.

I am passionate about providing the best quality general practice experience for every patient. I am also proactive in keeping up to date with the most recent dental advancements, techniques and materials. I am committed to forming strong patient relationships and ensuring all patients are given all the necessary information to make informed choices and in working together to achieve outstanding aesthetic results. For the last 15 years I have been consolidating my BDS by attending a number of courses particularly relating to advanced general practice. My other main interests include reconstructive dentistry, advanced restorative dentistry and the use of varied cosmetic procedures to enhance patient’s smiles.

Outside of work, I am happily married and have 2 young children. We spend most of our free time outdoors exploring this amazing place we have moved to!

I am registered with the Dental Board of Australia as a General Dentist and an ADA member.

Dr Sally Tan – Dentist

Hello! My Name is Sally and I am one of the dentists here at Dalkeith Dental. I graduated from the University of Western Australia with A Doctor of Dental Medicine with Distinction. During my studies, I have been awarded numerous academic and clinical prizes in major areas of dentistry including Paediatric dentistry. I was also the recipient of the Australian Dental Association(WA Branch) Prize.

I enjoy all areas of general dentistry but have special interest working with kids and special needs patients. I love to meet and get to know each patient individually, and help them achieve the best oral health outcome with an evidence-based and patient-centered approach. I also try to make sure your visit to the dentist is as relaxing and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, whether that be through camping or keeping fit through cycling, running or swimming. She is also a big foodie and loves to try out the many restaurants and cuisines found across Perth.

Emily – Dental Hygienist

Hi I am Emily, one of the dental hygienists here at Dalkeith Dental. I graduated with distinction from Curtin University in 2002. Since then I have been dedicated to the care of my patients in the prevention and maintenance of gum disease. I am lucky to have worked here at Dalkeith Dental since 2007 and have a close connection with the practice having been a patient since I was 6 years old! I am continually updating my education and skills through courses offered here and overseas. I look forward to being part of your dental care.

Jane- Dental Therapist

Hi. I am a dually qualified dental therapist and hygienist graduating from Curtin University in 1992. I am very passionate about tailor-making each patients individual needs for their oral care.

My main focus is to help people with sensitive teeth and phobias to have a gentle and positive dental experience.

Outside of work I love to socialize with friends, enjoy exercise at the gym, swimming and yoga. And I love spending time with my husband Rod and my children Ben and Elena.

Kelsie – Senior Dental Assistant / Front Office Co-ordinator

I have been working here at Dalkeith Dental since 2016 and I manage the day-to-day running of the practice and make sure your experience here goes smoothly. I am a qualified dental assistant and have been in the dental industry for over 20 years. I have extensive experience in assisting with all types of dental procedures.

I enjoy indoor sky diving, bike riding and hiking. My favourite past time is getting away down south on weekends with family and friends. I am passionate about looking after our patients and making sure everyone has a comfortable experience. I look forward to assisting you with your future dental needs.

Hirdesh – Dental Assistant

I am one of the dental assistants here at Dalkeith Dental. I enjoy every minute of working here. I am the youngest member of the team and I am always energetic and up for a challenge. With a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting under my belt, dentistry gives me an opportunity to care for and help people.

I was born in India, the “land of festivals”. I love talking to my patients and have heaps of stories to share about India and my move to Australia. I love exercise, healthy eating, painting and drinking coffee. I speak English, Hindi and Spanish.

Lisa – Dental Assistant

Hello! I am new to the team here at Dalkeith Dental. I am from Barbados and I am thoroughly enjoying my new life here in Australia.

Although I am quiet myself, I enjoy listening to others. I take pride and joy in serving others and bringing a smile to your face. I enjoy playing tennis, taking walks and spending with friends.

Helen – Practice Manager

I am the practice manager here at Dalkeith Dental, working behind the scenes to ensure your visit to the practice runs smoothly. I manage the overall business operation and ensure that the level of service you receive is of the highest clinical standard and meets tough regulatory requirements.

I have worked in the dental industry since 2001. I am a qualified dental assistant and have worked both in the UK and here in Australia. My particular interest lies in paediatric dental care and I have a great deal of experience working with children. I also have a Cert IV in Learning Support and significant experience working with children with additional needs. I am a firm believer in continuing education and I am about 7 weeks away from graduating as a teacher from ECU University.
